“As local ward member for Sealand and Queensferry, which is one of the areas that the pipeline will be coming through, (in fact it is to be installed under the River Dee) I wish to be kept informed of any changes to the route or any possible detrimental effects to the green barrier or wildlife if the area. I want to ensure that the valves are safe and there will be no possibility of an explosion.
