“I own a caravan park in the path of the pylons. We already have the existing 400kv power lines oversailing the caravan park. The existing lines have caused many problems in the past. Being the only caravan park on the island with them has in the past put us at a disadvantage to others, another set of 400kv lines would not help our situation at all.
My objections to National Grid’s project are because of the adverse effects it will have on the Caravan Park, health and safety, local economy, tourism in general and the property.
