“The Aberffraw Community Council is of the opinion that an additional line of pylons would have a negative effect on views of unspoilt countryside. This would affect the tourist trade which is crucial to the economy of the island.
Subsea or underground cables should be considered.
The consultation was not carried out properly - alternative options were not considered.
We are concerned that one additional line of pylons will lead to further lines.
The possible health implications of pylons are a concern. ”
