“I wholeheartedly condemn the proposal to erect additional pylons across the beautiful island of Anglesey when a subsea solution would avoid all the negative effects on house prices, tourism, farming, risk to health and all other aspects of island life. There is a precedent for preserving the natural beauty of A rural area of outstanding beauty as demonstrated in the Lake District. Nobody with a local connection to Anglesey wants this, so it is wholly unacceptable for this proposal to be forced on the people who live here.”
