We note the EA has been identified as an ‘occupier or reputed occupier’ in the Book of Reference [REP3-014] for plots 1-01a; 9-14a; 9-16a; and 9-16b of the Land Plans [REP2-004] due to the proximity of designated ‘main rivers’ at these locations. As part of the Development Consent Order examination submission, the applicant has identified the necessity to obtain a Flood Risk Activity Permit from the EA, where required, for works on / near designated ‘main rivers’ (Other Consents and Licences [REP3-017] document). Therefore, we have no additional comments to make on Change Request 1.”
