20/03/2024 - Deadline for Secretary of State to make decision

The Examining Authority issued a Recommendation Report to the Secretary of State on 20 December 2023. The Secretary of State has three months in which to issue a decision. The decision letter and Recommendation Report will be published on this project page once a decision has been made.

The Examination Timetable states that, if required, the ExA will publish a proposed schedule of changes to the draft Development Consent Order (dDCO) on Tuesday 1 August 2023. However, due to the number of Change Requests and a number of matters outstanding the ExA, does not consider this to be possible. As such a schedule will not be published, but this does not preclude the ExA from pursuing matters related to the dDCO by way of a Rule 17 Request for Further Information issued at a later date.
