The Examining Authority (ExA) has used its discretion to accept a late submission from the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds (RSPB) (PDF, 238 KB). The Applicant submitted a set of documents on 14 January 2022, in response to s51 advice issued post-Acceptance. The Examining Authority has accepted them as additional submissions.
