The Examining Authority has published an updated agenda for Issue Specific Hearing 2 (ISH2) on the draft Development Consent Order (PDF, 160 KB). The changes comprise updated references to the latest revision of the draft Development Consent Order.

Interested Parties wishing to participate in the Preliminary Meeting and/ or any of the hearings to be held during w/c 16 January 2023 must confirm this with the Case Team no later than 23:59 on Friday 6 January 2023.
