A decision on the application for a Development Consent Order for East Northants Resource Management Facility Western Extension was taken on 23 January 2023 and has now been issued.

The timetable, as published in the Rule 8 Letter (Annex A), correctly stated that these documents would be published ‘As soon as practicable after the Preliminary Meeting’; they were published on 9 February 2022.
