What happens next
A decision on the application for a Development Consent Order for Great Yarmouth Third River Crossing was taken on 24 September 2020 and has now been issued.

The Secretary of State has made a Correction Order (PDF, 123KB) affecting the Great Yarmouth Third River Crossing Order 2020. A Correction Notice (PDF, 125 KB) was issued on 9 June 2021. The correction to the Order is applied following a request from the Applicant dated 5 November 2020 (PDF, 349KB).

The Secretary of State issued a letter requesting further information from the Applicant, Environment Agency, Great Yarmouth Port Authority and Great Yarmouth Port Company by close of play 4 August 2020.
