Amended Scoping Opinion (PDF, 15 MB)
The Scoping Opinion was issued to the Developer on 10 April 2015. The Opinion was amended on 7 January 2016 to include, in Appendix 1, a relevant Local Authority under Section 43 of the Planning Act which was not initially consulted by the Planning Inspectorate (Bristol City Council). No further changes were made to the Scoping Opinion. The consultation response made by Bristol City Council dated 1 April 2015 and contained in Appendix 2 therefore has the status of a response submitted by a statutory consultee under Section 43 of the Planning Act (a relevant Local Authority) as well as a statutory undertaker under Section 42 (1)(a) of the Planning Act.
