East Anglia ONE North Offshore Windfarm
Received 24 January 2020
From Christopher Howes
“I object to this development for the reasons below. 1.It will have an adverse impact on the visual amenity of unspoilt Suffolk countryside. 2.The adverse impact of traffic, noise, pollution, loss of habitat on adjacent residential areas. 3.The increase in traffic on local roads is unacceptable to the community. 4.There will be an adverse impact on the the economic life of the area. The proposal diminishes the area's attractiveness for living, tourism and cultural activities. 5.The precedent created by this proposal will lead to further damaging infrastructure projects in the area. 6.This proposal should not be considered without examining alternative solutions for the delivery of offshore power which would alleviate the need for this proposal.”
