A decision on the application for a Development Consent Order for Tilbury2 was taken on 20 February 2019 and has now been issued.

The agenda for the Issue Specific Hearing into the Draft Development Consent Order on 21 February 2018 has been published. In addition to this hearing, there will be two Open Floor Hearings on 20 February 2018 for which no agendas will be published. Details can be found in the Examining Authority’s letter of 22 January 2018.

The applicant has decided to provide a shuttle bus for those who wish to attend the events on the 20th and 21st February. On Tuesday 20th February there are three pick up times, 09.00, 13.30 and 17.00. On Wednesday 21st there will be one pick up at 09.00.
Pick-up points will be the Tilbury Hub and Tilbury Town Station. There is no need to book a place on this bus but please do arrive in good time at the pick-up points.

There is a minor error in the Rule 6 letter issued on Monday 22 January 2018. Item 5 in Annex C (the Panel’s draft timetable for the Examination of the Application) should read “Wednesday 21 March 2018” rather than “Tuesday 20 March 2018”. The draft timetable will be discussed in the Preliminary Meeting.
