The Examining Authority (ExA) has decided to cancel the Open Floor Hearing 3 (OFH3), notification of which was issued in the Rule 13 letter of 23 May 2023 [PD-016]. The OFH3 had been scheduled to take place on Wednesday 21 June 2023 at 18:00, if the ExA considered it to be required. OFH3 has been cancelled because the ExA did not receive any requests for an Open Floor Hearing from additional Affected Persons (AP) and additional Interested Parties (IP), arising from the Applicant’s change request [AS-045 to AS-065].
The Issue Specific Hearing 7 (ISH7) on Shipping and Navigation and any other relevant offshore and onshore issues, will take place on Wednesday 21 June at 10:00 am. The Compulsory Acquisition Hearing 2 (CAH2) will take place on Thursday 22 June 2023 10:00 am. Joining Instructions have been issued to all registered attendees.
