If you have a legal interest in land affected by a Nationally Significant Infrastructure Project and:

  • have not been identified by the Applicant; and
  • did not register to become an Interested Party;

then you can make a request to the Examining Authority to become an Interested Party under s102A of the Planning Act 2008.

The Examining Authority (ExA) has made a Procedural Decision (PDF, 148 KB) to accept the Applicant’s request to make changes to the application received on 7 March 2023 (PDF, 642 KB)

17 April 2023

On 11 April 2023 the Applicant submitted a formal application for a change request. All documents relating to this request have been accepted into the Examination as Additional Submissions and have been published.

The Examining Authority has 28 days to determine whether to accept this change request.

The Examining Authority (ExA) has also issued their first written questions (WQ1). As stated at ISH1 and ISH2, the ExA has incorporated the post Hearing actions and other issues emerging at the Hearings in WQ1. As such there will be no further issue of post Hearing actions.

The Examining Authority has made minor revisions in the Rule 6 letter and accompanying annexes (PDF, 447KB) to reflect the changes in the list of ‘Other Persons’ invited to the Preliminary Meeting and to clarify the deadline for the receipt of additional application documents from the Applicant.

The Examining Authority has issued letters to Mulbarton Parish Council (PDF,  243KB) and Non-Statutory Stakeholders (PDF, 238KB).
