What happens next
The preliminary meeting took place on Tuesday 20 February 2018. We will shortly be issuing a notification (Rule 8 letter) to interested parties which sets the timetable for examination including deadlines for receipt of detailed written representations, the local impact report and for comments on others’ representations. The notification will also be published on the project page and available on request from firstname.lastname@example.org and our helpline: 0303 444 5000.
If you have a legal interest in land affected by a nationally significant infrastructure project and have not already registered to become an interested party, then you can make a request to the Examining Authority to become an interested party under s102A of the Planning Act 2008 (as amended).

The draft timetable will be discussed in the Preliminary Meeting.
The letter also includes notification of two Open Floor Hearings to be held on the afternoon and evening of the Preliminary Meeting and an Issue Specific Hearing into the draft Development Consent Order, the day following the Preliminary Meeting.
