The list below is a record of advice the Planning Inspectorate has provided in respect of the Planning Act 2008 process.
There is a statutory duty under section 51 of the Planning Act 2008 to record the advice that is given in relation to an application or a potential application and to make this publicly available. Advice we have provided is recorded below together with the name of the person or organisation who asked for the advice and the project it relates to. The privacy of any other personal information will be protected in accordance with our Information Charter which you should view before sending information to the Planning Inspectorate.
Note that after a project page has been created for a particular application, any advice provided that relates to it will also be published under the ‘s51 advice’ tab on the relevant project page.

I refer to your letter to PINS dated 9 February 2015 with regard to the Examining authority?s first written questions. Your letter has been made available to the Examining authority. As you are aware the deadline for responses to the first written questions is Thursday 26 February 2015, and in accordance with Rule 10(8) of the Infrastructure Planning (Examination Procedure) Rules 2010 the examining authority may disregard any written representation, responses to questions or further information received after the date, or the expiry of the period, specified for their receipt.
I would therefore suggest that you aim to provide the Examining authority with as much information as you can in relation to Question 3.41 by the required deadline, and if you are unable to fully answer the question provide reasoning for this within your submission. It is noted that Question 3.41 is also addressed to the Applicant. There will therefore be an opportunity for you to submit comments on any other responses received to this question (by the Applicant or other Interested Parties) within any Deadline 3 submission (deadline of 25 March 2015). Deadline 3 also provides an opportunity to comment on any additional documents and information submitted for Deadline 2, therefore if additional documentation was submitted by the Applicant for Deadline 2, you would have an opportunity to comment fully on this information.
