The Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities has published a letter (PDF, 86 KB) which revokes the Directions of 4 December 2017 (PDF, 112 KB) and 15 September 2015 (PDF, 502 KB) under section 233(2) of the Planning Act 2008 (as amended) so that the proposed project is no longer to be treated as development for which development consent is required.
