Norfolk Vanguard

The chief concerns that I would elaborate upon in future documentation would be;

1) The prospect of such an expansive, disruptive building site with all of its' noise and dust implications, potentially for years to come, threatening to be particularly stressful to immediate residents.
2) EMR issues from such a vast fully operational site and within sight of an expanding Primary School and Village.
3) Potential long term security risks from terrorist attacks, however unfeasible that may seem currently..
4) A permanent eyesore amplified by an elevated position against a typically rural backdrop.
5) Changing the trajectory of the village towards more industrial use.
6) Increased flooding within Necton due to over-development of an agricultural site.
