“I wish the following points to be considered by any planning body in respect of EA1N proposals: -marine damage and economic impact on fishermen. - damage to water courses for endangered wildlife and human habitation for pullution and waste management. - destruction of rare eco-systems. - impact of protracted development on tourism, agriculture, health, local infrastructures, including health, education and housing. -the impact on health from many years of light, vibration, noise and heavy plant noise.”
