Representation

Increase in traffic, noise and pollution.
Insufficient workforce live in the immediate area so employees will be travelling in from more distant places.
Insufficient demand locally for goods to justify a site of this size, so it will need to become a distribution hub increasing traffic on local motorways and trunk roads
There are other Railfreight interchanges within a 50mile radius which have spare capacity.
The major centres of population and hence demand in the area are further south eg Milton Keynes and Greater London, it would be much more environmentally efficient to move the depot closer to them.
