Representation

1. Overdevelopment of the area and possible increase in flood
2.Emissions already exceed EU regs on M 1 by junction 15/15a where traffic is already heavy- So diesel emissions from the lorries and trains which are bound to be diesels and not electric will increase it more so disregarding the health of the people that live in the vicinity
3. Unnecessary with the continued expansion of DRIFT near Rugby
4. Will destroy wild life habitat
5. Bovis have plans to build 1,000 houses the other side of the M1 on Collingtree park with the increase in traffic (min of 2000 cars) thus increasing emisssions and damaging health
