I strongly object to the proposed rail freight terminal between Blisworth and Milton Malsor as I do not believe that the M1 or A43 will be able to cope with the massively increased trafific flow. These roads are already at full capacity during rush hour and I believe this will lead to increased traffic flow through the villages. I also believe that the additional light and noise pollution (as well as the increased air pollution) caused by the development will have a negative impact on the residents of both villages together with the surrounding areas.

The development will clearly have a detrimental impact on the wildlife in the area and mean the loss of valuable countryside, agricultural land and rights of way which are regularly enjoyed by many including myself as a dog owner.

I do not see the need to develope an area surrounded by residential housing for another freight terminal when there is still huge capacity for expansion at the Daventry Rail Freight Terminal.
