This site is not the place to build such a project.
It is open countryside and although it is close to M1 and A43, the minor roads surrounding the site are inadequate to cope with the high levels of traffic and polution that will result from this project.
The local communities will be engulfed by this project and will no longer be able to be identified as the communities they are intended to be i.e. rural.
DIRFT, just up the road, is not at full capacity and further development is being planned just north of that project.
There is not need for this huge project to be considered.
