Northampton Gateway Rail Freight Interchange

I would like to register my objection to this proposal.

Evidence has been provided by many professional bodies and institutions indicating the lack of any need for such a facility, in this part of the country, and extra strain on the currently overstretched rail and road transport infrastructure needed to support this inappropriate development. They provide overwhelming evidence that such an installation will have a detrimental effect on the local communities in terms of air, light and noise pollution, some of which already exceed acceptable levels.
It feel like there is a sustained attack on the part of the county to develop the area to death in terms of multiple unrelated housing, warehousing, multiple transport hubs type developments with no one assessing the big picture and overall effect.
