Notice of the Procedural Decision has been issued by the Examining Authority to Interested Parties in the Rule 8 letter; this includes information about how the Examination will be conducted and the Examination Timetable as currently set out.See the Examination Timetable for further information.
If you have a legal interest in land affected by a Nationally Significant Infrastructure Project and:
- have not been identified by the Applicant; and
- did not register to become an Interested Party;
then you can make a request to the Examining Authority to become an Interested Party under s102A of the Planning Act 2008.

The Examining Authority (ExA) has reviewed submissions received at Deadline 5 and decided to issue a Rule 8(3) letteramending the examination timetable to provide for the publication of the ExA Additional Written Questions and the subsequent responses.
Having reviewed the submissions received at Deadline 4 and Deadline 5 the Examining Authority confirms that he does not intend to hold a further Issue Specific Hearing, Issue Specific Hearing on the draft DCO, Compulsory Acquisition Hearing or Open Floor Hearing between Tuesday 10 September and Thursday 12 September 2019.
