Details

The National Infrastructure planning process is a legal process governed by the Planning Act 2008 (‘PA2008’) and related legislation. In this Advice Note, the Inspectorate has made every effort to use everyday language wherever possible but there are references to a number of terms used in the context of the PA2008 process.
